Our solar heater system works on Thermosyphon Process.

This process is named on the process called “THERMOSYPHON” means natural circulation. Due to its nature the hot water always flows upwards & cold water downwards in a tank. Our solar heater systems work on same process & no other mechanical movement or operation involves in it increasing its durability.

Solar power heats the absorber tubes and the water contained in the absorber become hot & it start to flow upwards at the top of the tank & cold water runs downwards to fill the collector absorber tubes, again it heated up and the cycle repeats.

In night, the collector tubes will contain heavier cold water and the tank will have lighter hot water. This will ensure that there will be no circulation during night. The water storage tank is well insulated to maintain the hot water temperature.
